I understand we have 90 days from date of purchase to leave f/b. Can the other party respond, and if so, does it need to be within the same 90 days?

My only neutral was left on 11/13 one year from a purchase made on 7/15 of that year. That’s obviously over 90 days but I would check with Customer Service as to what is their current operating standard.
