Had an offer today. I accepted it and then changed the shipping amount and sent the new invoice to the buyer. On the “My Bonanza” it is showing [URL removed] Sales 3 When I click on it the Sales are 1 Offers 1. That adds up to 2. Any reason why this is showing up that way?

Has the buyer come back and completed checkout.
It will show that way until the buyer completes the purchase or you cancel the offer.
It is confusing, but I think it is to remind you that it is a possible sale until the “offer” process is completed or until you decide to cancel.
If your buyer has not come back to complete the purchase, you may want to send a message to remind them that the offer they made has been countered with shipping added and is ready for checkout.
It has always been that way, but some never really noticed it unless specifically looking at Open Negotiations on the previous My Bonanza page ( but it did show as an Offer and a Sale at the top of the old page)
And on this new page…it also show that you have feedback yet to be left…
1 feedback/or not shipped?
1 offer not completed
1 sale, because you accepted offer
which adds up to 3 under the Orders menu
And yes, I agree it is very confusing

Thanks. That explains it but it is kind of confusing.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
