im starting to notice a lot of stuff about this website. i used an alternate account to send a message to my store and i realized that BZA is blocking contact to my store. I sent a message and when I went into my account to get the message it was not there. I have buyers from other places who follow me and i have heard nothing. BZA wants u to pay them so they can bring their buyers so they can charge their higher fees. I done research and im not the only one who has experienced this. I came from ebay where i was making a killing. loyal buyers who have done nothing but support me and now nothing since ive been here because im doing everything free. something isnt right here. I read reviews of BZA doing exactly what they are doing to me. Tons of people came out and said BAZ blocks messages from buyers and limit traffic to your store unless you pay for subs and all of this extra stuff. Its happening to me now and I know it happens to a lot of us. I know its been people who’ve been here for yrs and not sold one thing but while on ebay has gotten so many sells. what is really going on?

Hi VWZVintageWrestling, sorry you are having trouble with emails. We just conducted a test and found that your emails are being received and you are being notified, and your responses are also being sent out and received (you can see the test emails we sent in your account).
Bonanza does not charge upfront fees or require you to sign up for advertising or any other premium product. You are only charged a fee (3.5%) when you make a sale. If you wish to advertise via one of our premium channels like Google Shopping, you have the choice to choose how much percentage of advertising you wish to pay, again, only when you make a sale.
If you had your own site and submitted your own feed to Google Shopping, you would be required to pay Google first before they would advertise your items for you. Bonanza shoulders that burden for you and pays the advertising fees to Google upfront, and you only pay (the % that you choose) when you make a sale.
Whether you are selecting our basic 3.5% fees or our premium advertising fees, you only pay when you make a sale. So it is in Bonanza’s best interest to get you as many sales as possible because that is when we are paid. You win, we win. Hope that helps to answer your questions and that you can help tell the others who may not know this so they can also come to Bonanza! Thank you for your support.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
