Recieved an order but bonanza won't allow shipping price.

I received an order that needs to ship US to UK. When I try to change the shipping it says shipping can’t be more that 30% of the sales price or $15.00. The item is $19.99 but shipping is $58.00 because of weight. Any help appreciated

What I do for international shipping is when setting the listing up choose the international shipping and enter the amount it will cost to ship the item. You will know this by the weight of the item. Up to 2 pounds is 24.50. 2 to 4 pounds is 37.50 Over that I dont ship International

Unfortunately I too have had this happen a few times. 2 things I have done

Send invoice through bonanza or PayPal
Rewrite listing with price Included if buyer has already agreed to it

Bonanza invoice
Selling Dashboard
Orders
Create invoice

Either I involves canceling original order

They do need to change that setting (30% of cost) for international obo options

If Your buyer has agreed to $58 shipping cost, maybe add a new listing (titled “Shipping upgrade” or something similar) with this amount as a listing price and a free shipping, and then send the link to Your buyer to ‘purchase’ it additionally.

Or just send Your customer PayPal invoice/request for $58, so she/he can pay [URL removed]

Ship costs to mail an item from inside the USA to anywhere OUTSIDE THE USA is just obscene now. (Not that USA shipping is all that cheap now anyway because it is not.) That is why I ONLY ship to US addresses now but try to keep box sizes under 1 cubic foot and weight not over 5-6 lbs max as anything over or outside that range is usually a deal killer and with ship costs increasing EVERY YEAR now, the shipping company’s are killing their own golden geese, the small sellers who cant absorb the ship cost increases and must pass them on. Next USPS increase is going to take advantage of the XMAS mail surge and go up again Mid Oct, 2020 thru after Xmas. They say it is temporary increase but they lie and you know the increase will stick around into next year January or at least transition into Jan 2021 yearly increases. It will be too costly for them to remove the “temporary” increase and then RE-instate it 3 weeks later. I may not be able to predict winning lottery numbers but I can almost predict with certainty that this will happen. Best of luck.
