Realtime chat

What exactly is the realtime chat for and does anyone actually use it? Seems much more plausible everyone just uses the messaging system.

From what I understand “realtime” chat is what we are doing right now…although it does not feel like real time chat because it is not continuous and even if it was there are not enough people posting to make it feel real time. This is my take on it :)

But in the bigger scope of things, “real time chat” is supposed to be for posting questions and then getting answers.

Hello ephemeraleclectics,

Thanks for your question. I don’t think that the booth real time chat feature is frequently used by most buyers on Bonanza, but it is there in the event that someone does want to use it.

You can read more about it on our help page [URL removed] https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001348651-Introduction-to-Booth-Chatting

If you need any additional assistance regarding this issue please don’t hesitate to contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or by sending us an email to [email protected].

Thanks!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
