I am not sure if I understand this real time chat? Is it for buyers to chat the seller maybe about an item? I have opened 2 browsers. Firefox and Chrome. I was logged in on Firefox as seller then I went to Chrome where I was on as a guest. I tried to chat the seller but it will not send the chat. (yes I was online on firefox) I was able to chat the “buyer” (me on Chrome) but buyer can not send even after hitting send.

Once a person buys something or creates an account then they can post in chat…the systems needs someway to I’d the person…
Also if someone posts in your chat you will receive a notification on your switchboard.
