I manually Sync items to/from Bonanza and Ebay. Today I successfully imported a batch of 126 unsold postcards from an ebay auction that just ended. I did select the option to review the items before they were immediately posted to Bonanza. However, along with this batch of postcards, an additional 89 different listings (Ads, Prints, etc.) now show [URL removed] “ready for sale but not visible to buyers yet” with the faded green dot. I went ahead and imported the postcards to the Bonanza store and it worked fine.
So went to Batch, set filter to “Ready For Sale” to View the 89 mystery listings to determine if they had anything in common. (These same listings show up when sorting Booth by Newest).
Upon examination, they are a “combination” of items [URL removed]
1. were Sold already on Ebay in the past and were automatically removed from Bonanza at the time ….but now showing up again? 2. items for which the price on Bonanza was changed at one point in the past 3. items where we changed the picture on Bonanza and now they are showing up in this listing with the old picture? 4. or items that we recently edited on Bonanza to change the Bonz category to more accurately match similar category on ebay and 5. one item was removed from both Ebay and Bonanza a few weeks back and is now showing up again as “ready for sale” 6) a few show up from a time when we had experimented with free shipping offerAny idea how this could have happened? and how to proceed? I do not want to UPDATE Booth at this moment as we’ll end up with duplicates and already Sold or Deleted items.
I can Delete all the “ready for sale” items. But before doing so, am looking for some answers or advice. And how to prevent this from happening again? Thanks!Update 5/23
Have isolated the 89 listings by changing price to 0.00 and Status to Reserved. Now some of those same items currently listed in our Bonz Booth are showing with Free Shipping?
Will summarize this whole posting and send to Support. I’ll leave the 89 in reserve status for a limited time so they can be reviewed by Support. And I’ll edit some of the current listings to correct the shipping. If I have any answers, I’ll update.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
