No matter how many times I type in my name as Artist 50% of my listings default to A. R. Penck (whomever that is!). I have individually and batch edited the items to no avail. Also – the measurements of the ACEOs seem to disappear also. I contacted support and they looked at my OTHER booth and suggested something about traits. No help there. Anyone else in the art world having the issues?

Make sure that you are clicking on the SUBMIT or SAVE THESE CHANGES button(s) at the bottom of the listing (or edit) page. That’s how any changes are saved.
