Priority mail shipping default

I’m not sure why but it appears that the shipping on Bonanza is defaulting to Priority Mail for many or all of my eBay listings. Is anyone else experiencing this, and what can be done about it? I’ve had a few sales recently where the buyer has paid for Priority shipping on Bonanza because no other option was offered. I don’t know how many buyers have been turned off by the unnecessarily high cost of shipping small, light items.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello Jay_Carberry,

Thanks for your question. The eBay importer will bring over all of your listings to Bonanza with as close to the same settings as is possible to what the items had on eBay. This includes shipping settings.

If you want to change your shipping options, we offer a few different options for editing shipping in bulk, which you can read about on our related help [URL removed]

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or by sending us an email to [email protected].

Thanks!

The URL in your response doesn’t work.

Are there plans to fix this? I have well over a thousand imported listings and add more every day. I can’t afford the time to check and correct the shipping options on Bonanza.

I’ve just randomly checked a number of my listings, and it seems as if the issue has been resolved. Thanks!
