Please indulge my rant. I promise to keep it brief.

First, I love this place. I’ve been buying and selling since the Bonanzle days. But in the past few months I’ve had two sellers that didn’t ship the item and didn’t reply to emails. And I don’t make many purchases. Yes, I was refunded by PayPal after filing a claim, but Bonanza is starting to remind me of … well, you know where.

Now I simply asked a seller when he shipped an item or to please provide a tracking number. And in response I get … crickets.

What’s going on here? OK, I’m done. I promised to keep it brief.

Did I mention that I love this place?

Bonanza has a fulltime team that work to correct or remove sellers that practice such behavior. We ask when this type of behavior is seen that you email our support team so that we can address this as soon as possible.

Sorry that happened to you and unfortunately it is happening more often now. Happened to me also…I see you have been here since very beginning… There are many, many new sellers on this platform that are unfortunately just using Bonz to hold their ebay/amazon inventory. (though that has always happened..just not as often as now)

Please let support know who the sellers are so that they may communicate with them and always check their location and recent activity if you can…

There are many more of us that are active and do appreciate the customers

Please report these bad sellers to Bonanza ASAP.

I pride myself on efficient, friendly, affordable sales & service. I ship out right away and follow through with appropriate communication.

Sellers who aren’t doing a complete & satisfactory job here are a bad reflection on the rest of us who ARE serious about providing the best service we can to our buyers.

Please report the bad apples so we can all (buyers and sellers) be proud of the Bonanza site.
