Please help.. keeping bonz items updated when they sell on ebay..

Good Morning,
I am hoping someone can help. I am really struggling with Keeping Bonanza updated as I sell on E-bay. Bonanza’s software does not work properly to do this for me. Really, is the best way to just come to Bonanza and delete? This is very difficult to keep track and remember to delete. How is everyone else handling this? I know I must be doing something wrong.
TIA

This is an official Bonanza response.

Stormasis, jonesdm63, provided your eBay sync settings are properly set (for your unique situation), the importer should remove sold items. We would recommend that you review your eBay import settings to make sure you have the right options selected. If you are sure that you do, and the importer is not working for you as it should, please contact us at [email protected] so we can figure out why that is and make the sync work for you like it should.

Thank You! I do hope this works. Part of the situation is that I change pics and title on Ebay Frequently and end up with many duplicates. Any way around that?

I also sell on ebay and other marketplace sites! I do come to the bonanza site and delete each item separately. Seems to work best.

I find it works much better, and is more reliable, to list here and advertise to eBay. That has never failed to remove sold items on either site. I use it with 3 booths.
