I have had the platinum membership for 2 months now and have seen no benefit… Definitely not 8x the sales or traffic. Not sure why anyone would continue paying for it yet I find myself looking for reasons to keep it. Can anyone at Bonanza assist me? I like your marketplace/service but I don’t seen any benefit. I also don’t seem to be doing any better now that I’m advertising on Nextag, Pricegrabber, and Bing using Bonanza. So the higher commission rate (16%) seems like a waste as well. Let me know what I can do! Thanks

First off…from what I see on all the message boards, sales are just way down everywhere…not only here.
A selling website that depends on google product search (which bonz does), needs to be somewhat established to gain status in search rankings. Your booth is still somewhat new and will take some time to gain search credibility. I also see your items in GPS, along with at least 20 other sellers of the exact same items..and some are selling for less. So there is a lot of competition…
Secondly, I would not pay all out for anything until the booth was established, actually bringing in sales to justify the extra money going out…and for the most part…at least for me..sales are no different from using 6 or 9% than using the higher percentages. Also, to me saying that you will get 8x more sales, is assuming there are sales to begin with in which to increase. No sales, no increase…except maybe a temporary one, when the allowable extra ads go out for a few weeks during the month (but that is still no guarantee)
I send out tweets daily and spread links around the internet (pin use the bonz facebook app to load my items to my commerce page), sending people back to my site, as well as my booth.
We will be entering the slowest month for of the year (July) for most sellers…and at this time of the year, all I really do is list…and restock
Welcome to bonanza and good luck

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
