Pics successfully burned while editing but original shows up in listing

OK, I weaning off of EBAY trying to get started here and Ive been trying to list one thing ALL DAY. Finally get to where it’s publishable, including burning the pics, hit the post to booth button and dang if the original pics aren’t showing up still in the listing. Went back and burned again, made sure the box wasn’t checked for original thumbnail, and still the same original pictures in all all their dark background glory. Help please.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @deborahsdigs,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. Sounds like you used the Background Burner to remove the unwanted background from your images. When you burn an image, you must select the “Replace original image” option (at the bottom of the burn result page); otherwise, we will only display the burned image on the thumbnail. When a buyer views your listing image in full size, they will see the original image.

If you missed this step when reviewing your burn, no worries! You can go to the item edit page and click on the “Background Burner™” button under the image. Once you are viewing the burn results, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the option to “Replace original image (if unchecked, we’ll just replace thumbnail),” in the lower left-hand corner of the page, then select your preferred burn result to replace both the thumbnail and main image.

Hope that helps. Let us know at our support department if you have any other questions.
