Has anyone else tried to call Paypal this morning and get a disconnected notice from the operator? Seems to be no way to call them that I can find and the convenience of having a code to use as a longtime customer no longer offered anywhere. They have it set now for everything to be done by email and we all know how fast that is! I probably call them once a month or so and today had 3 important questions that came up this weekend- of course. All comments and suggestions welcome!
