Is any one having trouble with making a label at paypal through paypal.com/shipnow ? It brings up the area to make my label and then when I hit submit or what ever to figure postage once I put all the information on the form it just sits there and does nothing. I then just exit out the paypal and come back in then it lets me do it, but I have to completely refill all the info again. I figured it was happening to others so I didn’t report it to paypal because I thought that maybe many others already had. Guess I was wrong because it is still doing it. I am using google browser. I never had any trouble before making my labels with google so I don’t really think that is the issue.
So, I go in today to the paypal.com/shipnow and I right off the bat before even putting in the info, I hit submit and then go to the left where the address is supposed to be of where I am mailing my package to, and click on edit and then fill out all info and that works to get your label made first time in.

Shilow, Yes it happens to me quite a bit, and i have to do the same thing you do, back out and do it again. Very frustrating tho since I have to add in all info again. I use Google Chrome and it never did it before for me either, it just started about a month or so ago.

I use paypal multiple order shipping and it works best on Firefox.

Personally, I find everything works better on Firefox. I just made a shipping label from PP and had zero problems. If they have a way to report technical problems, maybe you should let them know what’s happening, but it sounds like yet another google nightmare, IMO.

Ok, so I am not alone on this matter and I will take the time to report this to paypal today. Hopefully it will help. If you all report it as well…. maybe they will be more apt to look into it quicker though. Thank you very much for your replies on this matter, Sherry
