Payments are and stay: accepted, awaiting checkout

Good morning everyone,

I am currently accepting Amazon Payments and Bonanza Booth Payments. I do not accept Paypal payments in my booth.

Since I switched from Amazon Checkout to the new Amazon Payments, 3 weeks ago, my sales are showing the message "Transaction [URL removed] nnnnnnn Sold [URL removed] mm/dd/16 Current [URL removed] Accepted, awaiting checkout.

On my email account I do not get any message from Bonanza letting me know that I sold something. But in my iPhone Bonanza’s application, I received yesterday for example an message saying “[URL removed] You sold an Item”.

Then the transaction stays “Current [URL removed] Accepted, awaiting checkout.” several days and disappears.

Anyone is having similar issues with Amazon Payments?

Please help!

Thank you everyone.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi latiendadesanchez,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. It sounds like a buyer proposed an offer to you and now needs to completed the checkout process. Once a seller accepts an offer, the buyer has 7 days to make payment and complete the purchase. If the buyer does not complete payment within this time, the option to mark the offer as “unpaid” will appear as a link under your transaction summary after 7 days. Marking the offer as “unpaid” will automatically re-list the item(s) and remove any seller fees from your Bonanza bill. You can read more about how to cancel a transaction depending on the status of the order on the following [URL removed]

Hope that helps.

I think you may have to contact support…it may be that you did not complete the Amazon payments set up….the sale is going to Amazon, but the call back to bonz may not be complete????

I wouldn’t know as I continue to get this [URL removed]

Our system is still processing your request.

You can keep your browser open and continue to wait or you can close your browser and finish your registration at a later time. All your entered information will be saved. Thank you for your patience.

since I am never redirected back to complete the process, I may just have to drop Amazon when CBA expires

Ask the individual seller. Most list what kind of payment they will accept. Some only accept Paypal, others take Amazon Payment, [URL removed] USPS money order, credit cards, canned food (just kidding), etc.

Paypal is no longer supported in my country, I’m looking for a different place to receive Amazon Payments, it would be great if you could share alternatives.
