I am beyond frustrated, last week or so using mobile web on this site has been a nightmare. Most of the time, I am unable to list new items & just get an irritating error message saying unable to complete last request, no explanation, no help. Today was finally able to list a few things, except nearly every time I added a photo I had to log in again, literally had to log in each time a photo was uploaded, often it takes several attempts to get a photo to upload. Now just stopped working again, was attempting to photograph an item to list, each time it failed & gave me the log in page, which I did at least 10 times, after which the website reverted back to the new useless non working format. this is ridiculous, time consuming, incredibly aggravating, no reason for these issues, does anyone from support (who I notice sometimes responds on this forum) know what is going on & how to fix it please?

Sorry for the negative experience. We would need to get more details from you so we can properly address this (or any other report of site/mobile trouble).
With regards to mobile, if you can send us the version of the app, Android or iOS, and specific steps you are taking along with the trouble you encounter, that will help us help you. If you can send that to support then we can get right to [URL removed] [URL removed]
Thank you!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
