Ok, I give up…How do I set up shipping for one price…regardless of the amount purchased?

If you items are set at one Flat rate shipping
Go to Edit booth settings
Discounts and Coupons
Go to Flat Rate shipping
Offer a discount for each item after the first when calculating shipping costs for items with flat rate shipping.
Couple of options
For each additional item in their order
Add an amount for each additional item choose $ dollars
$0.00 enter (I would go with this one)
or Subtract an amount for each additional item
and enter the flat rate shipping that you are using..I see from your listings that is $8.95
so enter that ..
the first item’s shipping will be added and not additional cost for each additional item
