I have contacted support about this twice with no reply. My last contact was over a week ago. I rarely make a sale on here but its easy because I have it connected to auto sync so I stay. Well I got a sale after several months but I had a card that had been stolen connected so it wasn’t valid and my booth was put on hold. I was immediately charged instead of whenever the invoice is due when I added a new card which is no big deal. I cashed in $2 worth of credits towards my bill thinking they would credit my bank account but they still haven’t and my credits are still gone. I know $2 no big deal right? Well they took a long time to get lol. My question is, is it even worth collecting the credits? Is there a way to get a credit to my bank or to my actual credits to use later? It is a shame that customer service is so unresponsive on this.

I think the credits are applied to your balance. I had a bunch and used them all a couple years ago which brought my bill down to zero, but I don’t think they actually pay you back for them. It just reduces the bill.
