Opened an account a few days ago and uploaded some inventory but all we see is a message saying it will be activated in 24 hours. It’s going on 72+ hours now so we are wondering what needs to be done.
Trying to learn the ropes. We also see that there is an option to get chat support but it is never available. We are introducing ourselves to the site, so far we are confused as to how to get started and make sales.
Please advise.

We are trying the Gold membership and it supposedly should give us access to chat support. Is going on 90 hours or so and the booth is still inactive.
Seems like we are missing something here…

I’m disappointed also, bought the gold package, bought the website store. I have been here for a month and have yet to sell anything. I like the website store and probably will keep it, but I will drop the gold package at the end of the month, it is not helping me at all.I had more sells on ebay?
