The seller has not been online since 2/05/20 which is a problem because I bought an item on 2/13/20 and it has been 12 days since that day and the seller said it would take 7-10 days until they ship the item. I need the item on a certain day and they will not respond to any of the messages I send. I need this item by a certain time so I would like to issue a refund so I can buy it from another website.

I’d contact PayPal, or whomever processed your payment, and take it up with them. You might try contacting the seller again beforehand, but at this point, a seller will for sure, pay attention to emails from those who control their money.
Too, maybe there’s a perfectly logical reason why the seller has not responded and appears MIA. Still, be prudent. Good luck.

Go to paypal open a case and file an INR…(Item not received)
Contact bonanza to see if they can get seller to answer messages
ALways note where an item is coming from and when a seller has last been online here. Unfortunately, not all sellers are as diligent as others…

If messages continue to go unanswered by the seller, contact paypal or whomever you paid thru. I know paypal takes matters like this very seriously and a dispute will be opened against the seller. Good luck to you, I hope it all works out.
