Hi,

I just got my first order with Bonanza, but the invoice shows only item price. There is no shipping charges mentioned anywhere.

Can anyone please help.

Thanks

I looked at several of your items and they are set for free shipping to US. If this is not your intention you will have to change your listings.

If the item came an an offer, there should be link that says review invoice on your transaction invoices. Look carefully at the email notification or the invoice. This is where you can add shipping.

Here is thread with image of where the link is to approve or modify an order

If it is a completed transaction, you will have to contact the buyer and either cancel the sale and redo with shipping, or inform them that they will be sent a separate invoice for shipping.

My guess, if completed transaction, they will opt to cancel, because you are setup free shipping in US.

I would suggest that you also make your profile public. It’s not required, but it would be a little more reassuring to know something about the booth owner. ;)

It sounds like you forgot to add the shipping fees when you listed your item

Unless the shipping would be very expensive, if this were my first order, I would honor it and pay the shipping myself – and then go in and fox all the others!

Excuse me – FIX all the others. my fingers go faster than my brain sometimes!

Dear cshort0319, you are right – it’s the only proper thing to do it. I would even add, no matter how expensive shipping could be, this transaction should be honored
