My ebay feedback will not transfer to bonanza

Greetings fellow members. I just opened my Bonanza account, and it was trouble free with set-up,transferring my ebay listings etc. However I have tried for two days to get my ebay feedback transferred. When I transferred my listing to Bonanza I prompted the system to import my feedback along with my listings. The listings transferred okay, however no feedback. I then prompted the system with just a manual feedback transfer only. I have tried this multiple times with no success. It always notes the the system is transferring, however it does not. The last transfer attempt I let the system go for over two hours, and still no transfer. Can anyone assist. Thanks for your help.

hi Arizona_Route_66, I thought I was having the same problem but then I read where Bonanza does not have the actual feedback show on Bonanza, Only the number of feedback that was received. I actually copied and pasted about 10 of my most recent feedback into the description area.

I’m not sure what kind of feedback you have, but Bonanza only imports seller-earned feedback, and imports only the number and not the comments.

[URL removed] I found you on eBay and your feedback should have imported. Contact Bonanza at [email protected] for direct help.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
