My advertising fees are set at 13% why?

I just checked why my fees are so high on a sale.

Found out my advertising is set at 13% which I did not pick. Is this a default setting?

I changed it to basic and started checking some other things and found advertise on Ebay is also checked. Is that also default?

I just checked my advertising again and it is back at 13%.

What is going on here??

Thanks
John

Hi Zwiggy,

Sorry to hear of the troubles you’re having with your Broadcaster. It sounds like you would like to be moved down a level? We went ahead and moved you down to the 9% advertising level and this is the maximum amount you can be charged whenever you make a sale. You need to make sure you click the Save Changes button once you change your advertising level.

If you’re still seeing yourself at the 13% level, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be sure to help you out!

When you made the change..did you hit the big green button at top that says Save Changes that appears after changes are made…

as to default, thought ..it is the Economy…..

And if you are exporting to Ebay then the 13% has to be selected…

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
