My account is on hold for not paying $2.45 in fees, but bonanza says i don't have to?

I have not used this account in a couple years and I just got back on. My account is on hold for $2.45 in fees, but their help page says “My Bill is Small, Do I Have to Pay?
Actually, you probably don’t. It costs us money to accept fees, so we prefer not to accept payments for less than $3.”

There is no Pay button anywhere in my Seller account. How do I pay this?

Probably you are on HOLD due to not used this account in a couple years. I am GUESSING you may need to re-verify your credit card info or maybe your email to get your account up and current since it probably is dormant. Best to contact support and ask.
Anything under 3 bucks, you cant pay off so that seems right. If you have tokens (get 10 every day), you can use 500 tokens to pay off a buck of your bill at a time.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
