My item feed is disabled

I have sent an email to support regarding this but still waiting to hear back.
I noticed my feed was disabled by google.
I went in and corrected some of the items that had listing errors, or suppressed them from google. I did this yesterday.
I went in today, and its still showing my feed as being disabled.
How do i get my feed re-instated with google??

Hi @The_Lingerie_Lounge,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. We had a look at your account and see that your Google feed is currently active. You can review your feed stats on the feed diagnostics page linked from your advertising page (“My Booth > Advertise items”). Please note that once your feed has been resubmitted to Google, it can take 48-72 hours for your listings to be properly indexed and appear in Google Shopping search results.

If you continue to experience issues, please let us know at [email protected] where we have the tools to review your listings and provide further details about any suspensions.

Hope that helps!

Hello There, Ensure you have no profane words or words that violate google terms of use in your keywords or item title. Google is also slow sometimes with re-approving feeds so just ensure you made the necessary corrections and maybe give it two to four days.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
