A member for 5 min and already tired of your suppressed categories. Can.t get past it. I am done with your site-not user friendly at all.

This is an official Bonanza response.

We’re sorry for the troubles @Mr_bean! We’ve recently updated a few things on the backend regarding our categories and this is a result of those updates. Our overall goal was to make sure prohibited items weren’t finding their way onto Bonanza while also lightening the load on our team so we can spend less time approving items and more time getting stuff done. Our tech team is working on improving this process and we hope to have things updated here shortly.

We appreciate your patience while we tweak these updates so things work a little smoother for everyone. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend!

Thank you for reply!

Could it be a restricted item? Like you, I’m not familiar with “suppressed categories”.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
