I received a payment from the Amazon Payments account connected to my bonanza account but I don’t see the sale here on my bonanza account. My bonanza account is the only account attached to the amazon account that the payment came in through. Is this normal not to see a sale here on bonanza if the buyer used Amazon payments? It’s an international order so I’m a bit wary on not being able to see where the order came from.

CBA is US only.
I would definitely check your CBA account for details. I also wonder if there’s a “problem” with the Amazon payment. I know Amazon only uses credit cards, but how long does it take to clear that payment. Perhaps Amazon is having difficulties and that’s why your sale is not noted on Bonz. For example, when I get paid with an echeck on Paypal, I get the Paypal notice but the item sold is still active here. It’s not marked as sold until the payment clears.

sometimes there are delays in notifications…and on occasion I have not gotten the bonz email, but the sale was still here in my Items Sold
First off…do you have your items set up for international sales?
I would check My Bonanza Page
Look under Items Sold to see if there is an invoice for the sale. You can also check under fees owed to see if a transaction actually took place
I would also log into CBA (amazon) and see if/what the order is, see if there is a transaction number, or just to check if it is a real order..
Then I would send an inquiry to bonz to see if they can follow transaction or find the transaction.
Truthfully, I did not know that international buyers could use Checkout By Amazon here on bonanza…so

What you are saying here is very important for new members.
Till now (on eB) I’ve used to see the sale FIRST on my eB account and THEN to check on PayPal the expected payment. And after receiving it – use the provided address and send the item.
From your post I understand that here on B. there is no any information about the sale at real time!? – so, just checking regularly our accounts here is not enough!?, it doesn’t provide us with the accurate data!?
This means, that we have to check regularly PayPal account (Amazon, etc.) in order to see that somebody has purchased the item from the booth?
Why there is no any automatic information, that the Buyer started(?) a purchase?

I currently have the situation with a CBA sale. Received notice from CBA of complete transaction about 90 minutes ago. Show nothing on Items Sold or a notification from Bonanza. Went to edit items and the item shows sold. I believe this glitch occurs with Bonanza when the first card number tendered with CBA is rejected for any reason. Then the subsequent approval and CBA notification to Bonanza doesn’t take.
I had the same occur nearly three years ago with Paypal. Card was rejected then buyer provided another one an hour later. This one showed on items sold with no payment received. It still does. Also one needs to be careful as the item is not removed from your inventory.
