I seems cannot reach seller with messages, when I sent it said successfully sent but nothing on my outbox and no reply also from the seller and I have tried this a couple of times

Contact support to see if there is a problem with messaging. Also if you paid using paypal..check you PP account for the purchase and use the PP email or contact seller option there also.
Check the seller’s profile to see the last time they logged into the site.
