I can’t remember how we make suggestions, but I think it would be nice if the words “coupon available” could be made bigger or more outstanding! Or change the wording to say apply coupon!
I have had 4 sales this month and 2 took the coupon and the other 2 did not. So I think something is being missed.
Thanks,
Sharon

Many times I have had buyers ignore the coupon option….

I tried the coupons several times and had few who knew what to do, so now I just give a discount on the whole booth for any sales. People who are brought here by search engine are not familiar with the site.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
