Items that keep relisting themselves

I imported some items from my eBay account. Several of the items have already been previously sold so I deleted them from my new account. I go back to my inventory the next day and they are listed again. I have deleted them at least 3 times now!! How do I keep them from coming back up. I no longer have these items in inventory so I don’t want frustrated buyers

Hi @ak_bunny_momma,

Thanks for your post and so sorry to hear about the trouble with your eBay sync. We had a look at your account and see that your sync settings currently indicate Bonanza should only remove listings which have sold or ended on eBay. We recommend updating your sync settings to Remove all items that were removed from eBay.

You currently have an import in progress, so wait until that one completes then update your settings. We do not recommend canceling an import job that is in progress.

To update your sync settings, visit the “Selling > Import from eBay” page linked below and click the button to “Edit settings”: https://www.bonanza.com/booths/ebay_item_import/ak_bunny_momma

-Set the Remove items option to “Remove all items that were removed from eBay”
-Under “Item price and status,” ensure that the option to “Import items from your ‘Unsold’ folder” is selected
-Click the green button to “Save changes and start importing” so that your sync settings are updated.

The next time the sync runs it will review your unsold folder and remove any ended or sold items that eBay moved to unsold from your Bonanza account, as well.

I signed up for the free 30 day trial of Bonanza and just discovered the the year’s fees were removed from my Bank Account! What the heck!? I want to cancel my account as I do not appreciate the money being taken out as soon as I signed up for the free trial!

We just issued a full refund (emailed you the details) of the yearly membership you signed up for. We also added a 30 day trial to your account that will expire at the end of 30 days. Hope that helps :)
