It is approaching 24 hours since trying to import from eBay, which is why I opened the booth to begin with. It still says importing. I am wondering what the problem is because the longer I don’t have items in my booth the more potential money I am not making. Please help.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Emilei,

Thank you for your patience during the import process. Your booth is now showing 1062 active items, so it looks like the importer successfully imported. If you’re having any troubles with the imported listings, please reach out to us at support and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Here is a recent thread where the eBay importer was referred to on.

This might help you.

Well I saw that but it doesn’t help with my problem. Thanks.

Sorry it does not help.

I am terribly disappointed with this; going into 2 days now and no help from support.

Did you try emailing Bonanza support? Usually they will get back with a seller within 24 hours. From time to time an import gets stuck. I know they can help you fix it. Email them and you will be on your way soon with getting your import done :)

Oh, sorry. I see now that you did email them. I had it once where I had to email them a second time because the email accidentally got missed. Support could be backed up…but just in case, try emailing them again.
