I purchased a book for my daughter college class 2 weeks ago, and it has not come. I can’t find a phone number and I have emailed but of course no reply.

Bonanza is a very good company. However, on this site, you need to contact the seller directly as Bonanza generally will not get involved in the sellers business. If you paid thru paypal and the seller is not contacting you after a reasonable amount of time, you can always put in for a refund thru paypal. Good Luck to you.

Hi there,
One thing to keep in mind, if this item was sent Media Mail, it can take up to 10 business days. Hopefully the seller sent you a tracking number.
And, depending on where the seller is, ie the Texas area, they may have been affected by the storm. I know several sellers who have been affected and just now getting power back. Just a thought.

Bonanza itself is not a company as in one that sells physical merchandise but rather a selling platform, like eBay, Etsy, Amazon etc so for any order you will be dealing with individual sellers. If you are concerned, make every reasonable attempt to contact the seller, if they do not respond then the best route is to resolve it through whatever payment processor was used. Good luck getting it resolved

Did the book arrive yet? Most shippers would send a book via Media Mail. Depending on the distance between you and the seller, it could take 2 weeks.
