A buyer sent me an offer that I accepted with no changes. However, in her view it is missing a product, but in my view it is not.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. You can review an invoice for an accepted offer by using the link under the transaction summary on your “My Booth > Recent sales” page. Invoices can be reviewed and edited prior to accepting the offer. Once an offer has been accepted, you cannot edit or send an invoice. The invoice is missing an item on it? She cannot see the item on the invoice but you can? Not sure, hopefully someone from support comes along.
