I had a problem removing those stores that no longer were members and closed up their stores. In this case, you make a list of each of these stores names and contact bonanza and they will remove those for you.

When you are logged in you can go to the booth that you favorited. In their actual booth on the left side column you will see Booth Toolbox and under that it will say Get New Alerts and then under that it will say Unfave this Seller (because you previously Faved them). Just click on that and it will eliminate that as a favorite.
