There was a place to look up another members booth if you were unsure of their exact ID.

The answer is “yes,” and “no.”
Lemme ’[URL removed] To see all users, you click the tab for Community (page top), then scroll to the bottom, and click the link for “See all Users.”
That brings you to a page with a search box, to “Search users.” This is where it gets a bit “iffy.” If you enter “jsgeare,” there, you will see ME. But of course you would need to know to enter “jsgeare.” But suppose you wanted to find that guy who was selling train parts. You know his name is K4, something. And you know the word, “Pacific” is in the name.
So, you try searching for “Pacific.” And, you get lots of results, but NOT the one you want, even though the word “pacific” really is part of the name.
And you also know that “K4” is part of the name, so you search for that. This time, you get zero results. Even though “K4” IS part of the name. Hmmmmmmm.
So, you have searched for “pacific,” and searched for “K4,” BOTH of which are part of the name – yet, no results.
So, what happens if you remember that an underscore character ( _ ) is part of it? What happens if you then search for K4_ (K4, followed by an underscore character)?
What happens is that you find your guy!
The point, here, is that what you remember about the booth you want to find is HUGE. Our K4_pacific guy did not appear in a search for “K4,” nor in one for “pacific,” even though BOTH are part of the name. He DOES appear when you enter “K4_,” which is probably NOT what you would search for, intuitively.
So the answer is that there is no sure fire way to find whom you want. There is, however, a work around. When you see someone you want to refer to, later, just send them a message, such as “loved your booth, I’ll be back.” THEN, when you want to find them later, go to your messages, find your bmail to them, and there you go!
Hope that helps.

I’m not sure if this will help or not, but earlier I was trying to remember the name of someone’s user ID.
I remembered their slogan that they like to use, so I went under Deals & Promotions and put their slogan in the search box and then one of their threads came up under there.
If you know of a thread that they’ve done under there or a thread the seller participated in using certain keywords, just put the keywords into that search box and see if a thread of theirs will come up.

Their Bonanza name/link might pop up if you do a search on Google with what you think it is.

The “see all users” link at the bottom of this page is also searchable by first name (if known), so that’s another way that may possibly help to find someone here.

If you try the suggestions already made here and still cannot find them, can you remember what kind of products they sell? Perhaps you could do a search for one of their items and recognize their user name from the items that show up in the search results (?).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
