with about 6 games that pop in?
I saw another on another site go for waaaaaaaaay less than I thought it should have.
When can they be considered “vintage?” instead of obsolete? LOL
Thanks.

Depends on the games. The really old game boys are not worth very much and the games are slow sellers, but they do sell. Most people call them “old school” and many call them vintage. We still sell a lot of the Nintendo Sp’s and they will play the older Nintendo Gameboy color games.

I really don’t think there is anyone that wants them any longer. They have been replaced with the bigger and better toys. I have a couple that the grandchildren do not play with, but they did cost 129.00 I think and they sure would not go for that today. Lucky to get 40 or 50 for them.

I sold my son’s about two years ago for around $40. It was the gameboy color and included several games & a Pokemon carry case, it worked fine and was in really good condition & had all the parts.
The kids just didn’t play with it and had outgrown the games.

We just bought our Gkids the DSi’s for Christmas, at a lot more than $120! Now, the 3D versions are out, making these almost obsolete. The old Game Stations are still being used but there are no new games for them. Most kids have moved on to newer models. If you have a lot games for it, you can set up a bundle and maybe get a fair price for that. I wouldn’t plan my vacation on how much you can get for it, though. LOL.

The old games sell nicely and you will have a few inquiries about purchasing the whole lot…so it may be best to sell them as a lot. Also post what you have available on some of the gamer forums. Lots of collectors out there.

I would try, I saw a video game go once for thousands, an old Nintendo game! I have my old Nintendo, wish I had my old Atari!
