Usually when I add a new item to my booth it is visible immediately to buyers. But I just added an item, which in my dashboard shows as live & visible to viewers, but if I view it I get a message that “this is preview mode only – go back to edit your item to make it visible to buyers” or something like that. Anyone else having trouble?

I have had this happen on occassion..it usually pops up for sale within a few minutes…I am thinking since this is sporatic.. the listing going live coincides with a server update…(could be wrong) but the items seem to go live within 5 minutes whenever it happens
Server updates tend to interfer with “live action” stuff..seen it before (and not everyone is on the same server..this is where gliches tend to happen to some people but not others)…after updates the glitching tends to stop

It’s probably here https://www.bonanza.com/booths/KazooDecor/edit in Items ready to post marked with an orange dot.
Go to this item picture, click above it on the More link and choose from drop down menu the Set to For-Sale option.
Then click on the green Update your booth button.

I’ve only listed a few for Tuesday but did not have a problem.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
