Is anyone else having problems with items not being imported?

I have my booth synced with eBay, but two times I found not all my items were imported from eBay. The first time I contacted support and they said it was fixed, but this week it happened again. I have over 400 items, so I can’t tell if there is any other listings missing.

I have yet to even try to sync my booth to my ebay. I see people mentioning problems here from time to time.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Stoneponies,
We checked your import report. It looks like you have five items on eBay that have identical titles. On Bonanza, all titles must be unique. If you can go to eBay and change them just a little, the importer will bring them over.
If you have any difficulties, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We are always happy to help.

Is there any way to find out which item(s) did not import? I am showing 1 item was not imported, however i have 1009 items. There is no way I could find out unless there is some way for the report to tell me?

The item traits do not always come over and especially the ISBN/UPC numbers. So I have to go through the new items and edit those with missing traits. I cannot say the actual items do not come over though. I set preferences on importing for my items to not go live for a few days, giving me time to check them. It can be a time consuming task with 400 items. I have just over 300.
Try setting your sort to newest on the, add or edit page. Then you can at least get an eyeball for what they have imported the last time. I feel your pain.
