Hi, I am new to Bonanza. I imported my items from Etsy with no problems, but it seems that I am having some sort of problem getting all my Amazon items imported. It was a large number of items (28,000) and it has not completed importing all of them yet. Only about 20,000.
Also, only about 4000 of those have been populated to my booth.
And those numbers have not changed in over a day! HELP?

Hi @kathyandgeorge,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. We had a look at your account and see that your import is currently in progress.

Note that Amazon limits the number of times per day we can call to their API and we are exceeding this limit each day. When that limit is reached, all remaining Amazon imports are canceled.
Some sellers find success by canceling and restarting the import if it is stuck or automatically canceled (you can restart the import on your Import from Amazon page by clicking the link to “Cancel automatic inventory synchronizing,” then reimporting your items). Try starting at a different time of day.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact our team at [email protected].

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
