Importing items from my ebay doesn't work

I have tried a number of times to import items from eBay. It does not work and I have asked for help on this from support. I don’t get a response from
support either. The import had worked for me the first times a few months ago using an older eBay ID. Now I am trying to import from a different newer eBay ID, but that does not work. I have also changed the eBay ID from the old one to the new one.
Please help!
Thanks

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @catfish_blue,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like you are trying to import listings from a new eBay ID. When you change your eBay ID for import, you will need to cancel your current eBay sync first. Go to the “My Booth > Import from eBay” page and in the “eBay sync info” box, click the link to “Cancel or revise automatic inventory synchronizing.” Once you have canceled your current sync, you can change the eBay ID you are importing listings from by clicking on the “Change eBay account” link. Make sure to verify the new eBay account and grant Bonanza access. Once your new ID is connected, review your settings (be sure to check the advanced import options, too!) and click the green button to “Import items.”

Our support team is currently receiving a lot of love from buyers and sellers and we are working hard to respond to all user inquiries in the order they are received. You will be hearing back from us soon. If possible, we request that you only submit one support ticket per inquiry; while we are pretty good at identifying and merging duplicate tickets, this takes away from valuable time responding to user inquiries. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
