Importing items from ebay - not importing all photos & shipping info is wrong

I have been selling here for a few months and have noticed that when items are imported, all the shipping prices are wrong.
Is there a way to set up the shipping so it comes through correctly?
I offer First Class shipping on almost all items but it comes through as economy shipping – Expedited does not come through at all nor does international shipping.
I always enter minimum 3 pictures. Only one get imported. Any way to fix this>

Thank you

Does it import my pictures?

Yes, the importer will import the first four pictures that it can find associated with your item.

Our eBay importer will only bring over the main image when importing each listing for the first time. Then, within 24 hours, the rest of the images will be imported.

As to shipping…you may have to go through using batch edit to set up…since I do all mine individually and do not import…someone who does may come and answer that one for you…

Every time I import from Ebay I have to edit all the items. You can either use the “Add & Edit” page or the batch edit (which I do not like because it doesn’t do things the way I think they should go. Computer logic I guess.)

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
