I just opened an account today and have some issues I need help with like I have two eBay accounts and imported from one but how do I import from the other one also?
When I imported it reduced my pricing! I read something somewhere about a box checked that reduced the prices 1%, I did not see that anywhere?
How do I setup shipping why is there not video tutorials for this stuff, what is the point of setting up a shipping policy for my booth when each item is different sizes and weight?
I have 15 items that where imported and I have no idea if any have any shipping details on them and what details are there if there are any?
Then I find out there is no phone number to call someone for help and sending email no reply???!!!
Right now I am thinking this was a waste of my time, that the site is inadequately run. It for sure is inadequate as far as helping new sells get setup and inadequate in providing clear understanding.
