This upcoming Sunday I will be returning to school and will no longer be actively selling until the semester is over. My question is if I put it on vacation mode, will I still be charged for or featured in the advertising programs? Will my items still be visible? Should I discontinue the advertising entirely while I am away?
If I come back for a weekend or when I come back for Spring Break I will re-open temporarily, but for the most part I will not be selling or listing new items until mid May.

No..
You are only charged an advertising fee if your item sells as a result of a direct advertising click or a percentage thereof, depending on the amount of advertising clicks your items have…and items are not visible while in vacation mode
Again, NO….You are only charged advertising if the item sells…

Your items will not be visible if your booth is on vacation.

There are different advertising platforms that you choose to work with. The [URL removed] also one of them and they guide many students who to work in this industry.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
