I recently joined Bonanza early last month. I have like 370 items. Got my turbo traffic “tease” days like everybody, stats went to the roof… but no sales. I have 13 sales so far using mostly the 9% basic setting and no additional promoting on my behalf. So far almost all sales come from Google Shopping, even though I get more direct views. I assume direct is Bonanza right? So far, I like it here but I wish I could get more direct sales, meaning that people actually go to Bonanza.com and search for stuff. The booths look very nice, clean and professional.
I have been selling on Amazon for 7 years and added Bonanza, ebid and a little eBay to the equation. Most sales from bonanza so far on the new additions.

Sales rarely come directly from Bonz…people browse both ebay and amazon….but rarely browse bonz…direct sales from bonz will usually come from other sellers or return buyers…
I have been here since 2009 and have a handful of sales from other sellers and a few return buyers…between 3 booths and 1000+ sales..perhaps 15-20 are direct sales (of course in old days before google charged for google shopping, it did not really matter..the fvf was the same for all sales)
Also direct sales can come from a tweet or a pin or a FB link….so if you want people to know about your booth without using paid search ads…..it is a good idea to post or have someone post a few tweets (I find tweets have he highest chance..since they are now searchable through organic seaches..which again will count as a direct link to your item) on a somewhat regular basis

Just keep at it!! Raising your percentage from 9%, to something higher, will also allow Bonanza to promote your items more through Google!
