How do i do To refund customers and refund the fee?

To refund..go to the Payment processor (in this case I see you have only PayPal)
Go to PayPal
Find the transaction
Refund the buyer
Go to your Bonanza Statement
Find the invoice
Click on the red X next to the invoice
Fill out form with the cancellation transaction number from PayPal
Bonanza will remove the fee from the statememt
If the statement has already been paid (in the last 90 days) then the fee will be credited to the next statement
