I there a way to re-import my descriptions?

I noticed that my listings were not being removed when they were sold or I removed them from eBay. I also noticed that my prices were not being updated. I read somewhere in the help section saying to delete the listing and and re-import the listings and that would fix that so I deleted all of my listings due to this happening to a number of my listings. After I re-imported my listings I noticed that none of my descriptions were included in my listings? Is there something I’m not doing or missing? Thanks for your help.

Hard to say without more details. Would suggest reviewing your current eBay import settings and if all is well to send the details to [email protected] so we can further assist.

I’m having the same problem. I imported 3 times from ebay and all of my descriptions were missing & only 1 picture. So I deleted and contacted support. They are supposed to be looking into now & hopefully will fix the problemit

Definitely sounds like something is amiss. Having those details emailed to [email protected] will help us get to the bottom of the trouble and address. Thanks so much and sorry for the trouble![URL removed]

I imported about 100 listings yesterday from eBay and none of my descriptions are included in the listings.

Hi bonanzamark I received a message from Bonanza a few days ago saying that they were going to have the technicians look into the issue and get back to me. I haven’t received any update yet and I was wondering if you have any update?

Thank you,
