My booth does not reflect a PayPal payment being received for the item nor does it reflect the item being sold. Also there are no Bonanza fees for the transaction……If I had not received the PayPal notification, I would have no way of knowing the item was sold.
I did put in a ticket to Bonanza help, but want a resolution asap and not have to wait up to 48 hours for a response.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Woo hoo! Congrats on your sale! Sometimes PayPal will not callback/communicate the sale properly to Bonanza. The good news is that it rarely happens. We were able to locate the transaction with the information you provided at support and the transaction has been reconciled and should now show in your account. Thank you for your support.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
