This is an official Bonanza response.

@MultiplexAmerica, we had a look at all of your charges for your account and only found one charge, for TurboTraffic. We have just canceled that service from your account and issued a refund.

In the future, if you sign up for reoccurring TurboTraffic, you should be able to cancel via the page you signed up for the service.

The same here, support was emailed Feb 7th and I still have not heard a word on this issue. I pay $299.99 for one store and $199.99 for the other store and no TURBO traffic. Under these memberships, it also says that we get priority response time….if that is priority response time, I won’t be renewing these high paying memberships for getting absolutely nothing.

@pwrplayebookspalace, your TurboTraffic and Google Shopping feed are working![URL removed] We have a bug on our side that is not communicating the traffic to your traffic views chart. Programming is working on a resolution but rest assured you are getting clicks (we just checked the merchant center)

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
