Also I want to know where I find out what I owe bonanza for sales made and is that payment taken out automatically or do I have to manually send it to Bonanza.

To contact buyer, go to the invoice and click on the link that says
Send them a message

Click on Sales

The ability to pay fees will show on the First of every month. You can then pay any fees owed (min of $3.00) either with credit card or paypal.
The monthly bill will appear under Fees, Current Statement
If you do not pay by the 5th of the month, the fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
